For help with Kuuki Cam (くうきcam, formerly CamFilter) or to report a problem, contact camfilter@getcoshub.com. The operator is Taiki Kira. Your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps leading to the problem can help us investigate. You do not need to send photos or personal information.
If the camera does not work
Check the camera permission for くうきcam in your iPhone settings.
Captured photos
Captured photos are first saved in the App’s gallery. To add them to your device’s Photos app, enable automatic saving in Kuuki Cam settings or choose “Save to Photos” for an individual photo. You can delete photos and records stored in Kuuki Cam from its settings. This does not delete photos already added to the Photos app.
Location and usage sharing
Location-based suggestions and usage sharing have separate settings. You can take photos with both off. Usage sharing is off by default.
